The Imbuto Foundation in partnership with the Local Administrative Entities Development Agency LODA are working on the establishment of 5000 Home-based Early Childhood Development Centers in 300 sectors by June 2021 where children below 6 will be given complete package to have a prosperous generation.
The Director General of Imbuto Foundation Umutoni Sandrine said the essence of it all is to ensure that; "all services young children needs to grow healthy are provided in collaboration with parents and teach parents the need to understand positive parenting so that they come to understand what the kid needs to feed on, and how to activate their brains awaken their intelligence and become resourceful future citizens of the country,"

Children between 2-5 will be given 7 caregivers who will be
working between 5-6 hours a day.
Rwanda intends to have reduced malnourished children from 38% to 19% by 2024 and 75% of all children will be free from malnutrition.
