President Kagame meets a delegation from DR Congo

This Saturday, President Paul Kagame received a delegation from the Democratic Republic of Congo.

According to the Presidency, the Congolese the delegation delivered a message from DRC President Felix Tshisekedi in view of the good bilateral relations between Rwanda and the DRC.

President Kagame discussed with the delegation on how to advance further the existing cooperation between the two neighbouring countries.

According to the tweet posted by Village Urugwiro, the visiting Delegation also briefed President Kagame on the political situation in the DRC and the political consultations being undertaken by the DRC President Tshisekedi.

President Kagame gave a message of support to his DRC counterpart, President Tshisekedi as he seeks a political solution to the hardships the situation presents.

Rwanda and the DRC have enjoyed mutual bilateral relations for a long while but the ties have become even blossomed since President Tshisekedi took power in January 2019.
